HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED

AUSTRALIA STANDARD - 8 - 10 Business Days
AUSTRALIA EXPRESS - 1 - 2 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD - 10 - 18 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL DHL COURIER EXPRESS - 3 - 5 Business Days

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We ship with Australia Post. You have the option to choose either standard or express post at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We do! Standard international shipping is a flat rate of $25 and tracking details will be emailed to you once shipped.

For urgent orders we use DHL for Courier Express. Cost is a littler higher but shipping times are as quick as 3-5 business days. 

Packages may incur delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to countries outside Australia. GET FOILED STUDIOS take every effort to ensure a smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional taxes and duties charges that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import taxes and duties and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

R E T U R N S

CAN I RETUN MY ORDER?

Please select carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalised sleepwear sets or guestbooks. If you have purchased sleepwear or giftware without any custom embroidery you are welcome to a store credit. To exchange your non-personalised item please email our friendly customer care team where they will assist further. Please note that all exchanges must be returned to our head office within 7 days from receiving your order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY?

GET FOILED STUDIOS check the quality of every products prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a fault, GET FOILED STUDIOS will first offer to repair any minor faults. Please contact us by email at getfoiledstudios@gmail.com. Your email to us must disclose the fault in the item along with photographic evidence and must supply proof of purchase. This must be made within 48hrs of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by GET FOILED STUDIOS the client must return the product/s within 7 days of receiving your order.

GET FOILED STUDIOS will only offer to replace or refund your order where the item has demonstrated a major fault that cannot be repaired.
